Most data used by the Lusi desktop application is stored locally on the user’s own Windows device and is not, by default, uploaded to a centralized Lusi user database operated by Studio Mirage.

1. Submit a deletion request to Studio Mirage

To request deletion of personal data associated with Lusi, email hello@studiomirage.com.tr with the subject “Lusi Data Deletion Request”.

Please include:

  • Your name and an email address at which you can be contacted;
  • The scope of your request;
  • If available, your Meta app-scoped user ID or the relevant business/ad account identifier.

Do not send access tokens, API keys, passwords or security answers.

If Studio Mirage systems contain data associated with Lusi, it will be deleted or anonymized unless retention is required by law. If no relevant data is held in our central systems, we will inform you. Requests will be answered as soon as reasonably possible and within the maximum period required by applicable law.

2. Delete local Lusi data from your Windows device

First use the clearing options available within Lusi:

  • Clear the Meta connection and saved access token from Settings;
  • Clear the WooCommerce connection and saved credentials;
  • Clear reports, AI history, Meta submission history and error/audit records.

For complete local deletion, close Lusi and delete the following folder in Windows:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Lusi

Uninstalling the application may not always remove this local data folder. If you created backup files, delete them separately from the location where you saved them.

3. Revoke Meta access

In Meta Business Settings or Meta for Developers, remove the Lusi app’s, system user’s or access token’s permissions to the relevant ad account, Page, Instagram account, catalog and Pixel/dataset. Menu names may change as Meta updates its interface.

Deleting local Lusi data does not automatically delete advertising or account records held in Meta’s own systems. Use Meta’s own privacy and account-management tools for data controlled by Meta.

4. Third-party AI providers

If you sent data to an AI provider through Lusi, you may also need to use that provider’s privacy and deletion procedures to request deletion of records held by that provider.
