Mevcut kullandığınız bir yüzüğün iç çap ölçüsünü bir cetvel yardımıyla ölçtükten sonra aşağıdaki listede bulduğunuz çap ölçüsünün karşısındaki numara sizin yüzük ölçünüzdür. Ölçüm için aşağıda gösterilen şekilde yüzüğün içten içe en geniş olduğu orta kısımdan ölçü almanız gerekmektedir. Sol tarafta iç kısma sıfıra getirip , sağ tarafa doğru yüzüğün iç kısmına karşılık gelen değeri okuyup not alınız .
Örnek : Aşağıdaki örnekte iç çap 1,7 cm ölçülmüş , yani 17 mm. Bu iç çap ölçüsü aşağıdaki tabloda No:13 ile 14 arasında bir ölçüdür. Sıkı isteniyorsa no:13, daha rahat isteniyorsa no: 14 seçilebilir. 13,5 gibi ara bir ölçü istiyorsanız sipariş notunuzda belirtebilirsiniz.
Önemli Not
Tabii ki en sağlıklı ölçüm bir kuyumcu mağazası ya da atölyesindeki yardımcı ekipmanlar ile alınan ölçüdür. Bu sebeple eğer emin olamıyorsanız en yakın kuyumcu mağazasında yüzük ölçünüzü aldırabilirsiniz.
Kağıtla parmak çevresinden yapılan hesaplamalarda hata payı büyük olduğu için bu sistemi artık kullanmıyoruz. Çünkü milimetre olarak yapılan küçük hatalar daha büyük numara ölçülerine denk gelmektedir.
Yüzük No : Ring Size , İç Çap: Internal Diameter of Ring
After measuring the inner diameter of a ring you are currently using with a ruler, the number opposite the diameter measurement you find in the list below is your ring size. For measurement, you need to measure from the middle part of the ring, which is the widest inside, as shown below. Bring the inner part to zero on the left side and read the value corresponding to the inner part of the ring towards the right side and take a note.
Example: In the example above, the inner diameter is measured as 1.7 cm, that is, 17 mm. This inner diameter measurement is between No: 13 and 14 in the table below. If you want tight, No: 13 can be selected, if you want more comfortable, No: 14 can be selected. If you want an intermediate size such as 13.5, you can specify it in your order note.
Important Note
Of course, the most accurate measurement is the one taken with auxiliary equipment in a jewelry store or workshop. For this reason, if you are not sure, you can have your ring measured at the nearest jewelry store.
We no longer use this system because the margin of error in calculations made from finger circumference on paper is large. Because small errors made in millimeters correspond to larger number measurements.
